Save you Project in C#.

To save your work you need to click File from the menu bar at the top of the Visual C# software (2005,2008,2010), then click on the Save All. (File>Save All)

When you click on the Save All option, you will see a dialog box where you can change the name of your solution. So to change the name of your solution or to name your solution, you can type the solution name in front of the space provided in front of the Name:.
